Open Disclosure: Elite Fleet operates on a subcontractor model rather than an employee-based structure. All drivers will be considered independent contractors, with cabs leased to them.

Responsibilities:

• Navigation: Knowing the best routes and using GPS to avoid traffic and find efficient paths.

• Transporting Passengers: Safely driving passengers to their desired destinations.

• Fare Management: Calculating and collecting fares, managing payment methods, and providing receipts to passengers

• Customer Service: Providing a courteous and professional experience for passengers, assisting with luggage, and answering questions about the local area.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Keeping the taxi clean and ensuring it is in good working condition, including regular maintenance and refueling.

• Ensuring Passenger Safety: Following all safety protocols, including the use of seat belts, and ensuring passengers’ safety throughout the journey.

• Handling Special Requests: Accommodating passengers with special needs, such as those with disabilities or those requiring child safety seats.

• Communication: Keeping in contact with the dispatch center or taxi company to receive ride requests and updates.

• Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of trips, including times, distances, fares, and any incidents.

• Handling Emergencies: Knowing how to respond to emergencies, including accidents, medical incidents, or vehicle breakdowns.
